To report a non emergency repair by text on your mobile phone

Simply send a text message starting with the word 'repair' followed by details of the fault to 07950 643 643.

Your details will automatically be sent through to our Repairs Hotline Operators who, if required, will call you back to confirm your details and arrange the repair.

Messages sent outside of normal hotline hours will be processed on the next working day.

Emergency out-of-hours repairs should still be logged through the normal telephone service.
