Direct Debit

The easiest way to pay your rent or other charges is by direct debit.

When you set up a direct debit, the agreed amount is taken from your bank account each month and is paid directly to your rent account. It is the best way to make sure your account is always up to date.

To set up your direct debit, simply complete the mandate form with your bank details and return it to us. We will do the rest and let you know when your first payment will be taken from your bank.

All you need to do is tell us if there has been any change to the amount you need to pay - for example if your housing benefit changes.
