Check your rent balance on your mobile phone

If your mobile telephone number is registered with us, you can now check your current balance by text.

Enter the word 'balance' followed by your tenancy reference number (which can be found on a recent statement or letter from us) and send to 07950 643 643.

You will receive a reply by text message with details of your current balance (including any arrears) as at midnight that day.

This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
