We put customers at the heart of our business and we value their involvement and opinions.

We also understand that not everyone can go to meetings because of other commitments and so we have a range of ways to be involved and tell us what you think.

Silver Level	…be involved in more formal discussions with Wyre Forest Community Housing about how services are delivered, how performance is measured against targets or agreeing improvement programmes for homes and communities	Joining the Customer Scrutiny Panel to look at service delivery Joining the Tenants Editorial Panel which helps to create the tenants magazine and checks leaflets and publications  Joining the Tenants Development and Asset Management Panel which looks at improvement programmes for new and existing homes Joining the Tenants Federation Management Committee which is an independent tenant organisation Joining the Tenants Green Group which looks at environmental projects and impacts Becoming a Customer Inspector for  mystery shopping exercises
Gold Level	…become a Tenant Board Member (for Tenant Representatives only)	Representing tenant and leaseholder's interests on the Board of Management and working groups
